Nelson Jones Farms & Training Center (“we”, “the Training Center”) operates this application to manage maintenance and service requests at its facility. The app is intended for our staff and our barn clients.
This messaging program is operated by Nelson Jones Farms & Training Center of Ocala LLC, the registered business for this program. The messaging platform is run on our behalf by our technology provider, 123Yotta LLC.

What the app does NOT collect: we do not collect your location, we do not read your contacts, we do not use advertising identifiers, and we do not include analytics or advertising SDKs from third parties.
Only to operate the service: sign you in, show you the requests you are allowed to see, deliver notifications, and keep a history of those notifications so an alert is not lost if your phone was off. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Training Center staff see the requests they work on. A client account sees only its own requests. Information is not shared with other companies except for the technical providers that make the service run:

Nelson Jones Farms & Training Center operates a text message line that staff and boarding clients use to report maintenance and service issues on the property. The number is given to you directly by the Training Center — when you join the staff, or when you begin boarding with us.
How you join. You start the conversation. Nothing is ever sent to a number that has not texted us first, and there is no list to subscribe to. When you text the line to report an issue, we reply once to confirm that we received it and created a service request.
What we send. Only that confirmation, and occasional replies from staff about the issue you reported. We never send marketing, promotions or advertising by text.
How you stop. Reply STOP to any message and we will not text you again. Reply HELP for assistance, or write to nelsonjonestc@gmail.com. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies with how often you report something.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. The only parties that handle these messages are the mobile carriers and the messaging provider that deliver them.
You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings without losing access to anything else in the app. The in-app notification history stays available.
All traffic between the app and our servers travels over HTTPS. Sessions are held as a token that can be revoked, expires on its own, and is stored on your device using the system’s secure storage — the iOS Keychain or the Android Keystore. Signing out revokes that session.
Requests and their comments are kept as operational records of the Training Center for as long as they are needed for its business and accounting purposes. Sessions expire automatically, and a revoked session stops working immediately.
Accounts in this app are created and administered by the Training Center — there is no sign-up inside the app, and anyone using it already has a working relationship with us. If you want your account closed and your personal information removed, write to the address below and we will take care of it. We may keep the operational records the law or our accounting obligations require, with your personal details removed where possible.
This app is a workplace tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion as described above. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or the GDPR. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced inside the app.
